Upon admission for treatment the individual participate in a face-to-face comprehensive clinical assessment called Diagnostic Assessment or psycho-social assessment, Physician Assessment or psychiatric evaluation and a Nurse Assessment.  These assessments will include a comprehensive assessment of the individual physical, emotion, behavior, legal, social, recreation, mental, medical, nutritional, and education status and needs and also the individual hopes and dreams.

Psychiatrist Evaluation


Medication management is provided by a psychiatrist.   Consumer is prescribed medications that is in accordance with the goals and objectives of his/her treatment plan.


The Individualized Treatment Plan specifies the services, needs, strength and desired goals of the consumer.  This service plan is developed by a Licensed Clinical staff with the participation of the individual, family, guardian and staff.  This plan is reviewed and modified according to the changing needs and progress of the consumer.
